I started with the Postal Service in the rural craft in March of 2001. After several years and eventually being converted to a regular rural carrier I began doing some higher-level work and large scale rural route adjustments within the MPOO group. After applying for countless supervisor jobs, I was promoted to SCS in Elkhart in 2014. In the spring of 2018, I was given the opportunity to OIC in Goshen and then promoted to Postmaster in Mishawaka later that year. I most recently returned from a 13-month detail to the Michigan 2 District where I was the Acting Marketing Manager and then the Acting Safety Manager before returning back to Mishawaka just prior to PEAK 2021.  I have been a member of UPMA since May of 2020.  I was elected to be one of our at large VPs at our chapter convention in Edinburg in 2022.  None of this would be possible without the support of my wife Nichole Temple.  She pushes me to be the best me everyday.
